In Excel 2007, you can do a find and replace on a cells format(i.e. fill, font color, bold...). Is there a feature or macro that does this?
The closes is probably in the "Find & Replace" dialog to click first "More Options" and then "Search for Styles".
This way you can replace one formatting style by another one.
Of course you have to define the new style first, if it doesn't exist. Just in case you don't know where to define styles: Format → Styles and Formatting.
