Is it possible to move the vertical scrollbar in all LibreOffice applications to the left hand side of the Window? I'm left-handed and this is a more natural arrangement. Thanks,

LibreOffice Writer
Menu: Tools → Options → LibreOffice Writer → View →
☑ Vertical ruler → ☑ Right-aligned

You can hide the view of the rulers via menu "View → Ruler".

vertical scrollbar left

(I could not find a solution for Calc, Impress, Draw...)

Thanks @horst (see comment below).

At first, enable
Menu Tools → Options → Language Settings → Languages →
Enhanced language support
☑ Enabled for Asian languages.

This setting shows only up when you enable Asian Language in "Language Setting"

It is possible to move it to dock in left, up, down or right.
