If you speak about Powerpoint presentation, then go to File - Save as... and choose file type "Microsoft PowerPoint 97/2000/XP/2003 (.ppt)" or "Microsoft PowerPoint 2007/2010 XML(.pptx)".
Menu File > Save As.
jean-baptiste faure, your post is quite useless.. there are multiple different choices for powerpoint save-as... most people who join these sites do so to provide help or information.. it appears you just want to troll.
