Version 3.6.1 has a problem opening files on a SAMBA server. You can navigate to and select the file in the open box but the file does not open at all or not for a long, 5 minutes time. Tested on multiple PCs and checked the server for errors. Rolled back to an old version and the problem went away. Any ideas why?

Can you still repro this bug after installing the latest release?

If so, and if you can't determine that your problem matches one of the existing bugs filed in FDO already (see @manj_k's query above), please file a bug about this problem, and provide a list of steps that can reproduce it. The QA team will be happy to help you track down this issue!
