  • Excel: Right-click on source row, Cut, Right-click on destination row, Paste
  • OpenOffice.Org and LibreOffice: Right-click on destination row, Insert new line, Right-click on source row, Cut, Right-click on destination row, Paste, Right-click on now-empty source row, Delete row.

Is there a better way?

Try to drag the selection with the mouse, pressing the control keys Ctrl, Alt and Ctrl+Alt

Just drag it
