Hello hello.

I was working on a document yesterday (October 10th) the whole day and it's as if nothing has happened. Today, when I opened my document and my folder, the last saved document was from the day before (October 9th). Backup didn't work either for a reason I cannot understand. I also have dropbox, and it saved all my documents from the day, except this specific one. I can't understand what happened, and double checked everything : LO installation, Dropbox, backup system. I use LO 3.5 under Suse Linux (a recent version as well, everything works nicely... normally).

Does anybody have a clue ? Is there another way to recover a file than backup ?

A thousand thanks !!!

Hi @lydie,

Without access to your computer it's hard for us to figure out exactly what might have gone wrong.

Please install the latest release of LibreOffice and see if Backup and syncing with Dropbox is working for you.

If you're still experiencing issues, please consider filing a bug and providing a list of steps that can reproduce your problem.

Please post a link to any bugs you file in a comment below using the format "fdo#123456".

Thanks!
