Hi I'm wondering if libreoffice impress can produce digitally editable handouts. I'm a lecturer and my listeners are using laptops to take notes. I was thinking that for example if libreoffice could produce a pdf file with text editable fields in conjunction with each slide? Or if it exist some other format that could work.
Hi Anonymous,
PDFs with editable fields seem like they might be a bit cumbersome. Could your listeners just put up your slides on the Left side of their screen, and put a text editor on the Right side? That's what I would do! :-)
LO can produce a number of editable output formats, including .odt, .ppt, etc. We just need to know more about your situation to suggest more specific solutions.
LibreOffice is made available by volunteers around the globe, backed by a charitable Foundation. Please support our efforts: Your donation helps us to deliver a better product!
