The LO binaries are sometimes flagged as false positives by Antivirus software when we first release them. Please check with your vendor upstream and have them double-check the flagged files for virus threats.
As it's been a while since you asked this question, I suggest that you grab the latest release and see if that installs cleanly for you.
If you're still having installer issues, please file a bug and provide a list of steps that can reproduce your problem. The QA team will be happy to help you track down this issue!
