How can I open .obd files?

Check out this link.obd extension. It is a old Microsoft Office combination file that can not be opened by LibO only by MSOffice 2010.

Try to go into MS Word and open it directly inside of Word. It does not show up in my Word Starter but you never know until you try it :-). Sometimes not all extensions are registered in Windows but they might work inside an application.
