My language is Persian and i'm writing right to left.I go to Bullet and Numbering and choose the Numbering type the i change "After )" to "Befor )" as something in Persian then it works correctly (In MS Power point doesn't work correctly). But when i save file and after than open that file, that my Numbering changed to Bullet. what should i do to fixing this problem?

What type file do you use to save?
