These labels (see red rectangle in attached image) appear in Writer whenever I scroll documents up and down, and they bug me a lot. How can I remove them?

I think they will disappear it remove the check mark in:

Tools > Options > LibreOffice > General > Tips

But probably this affect other things as well...
