Hello,
I use Draw to annotate screenshots, and I generally like it very much. It would be even better if I could have the same default values preset each time I start a new Drawing file:
How do I get LibreOffice Draw to open each new drawing with these default settings?
There seem to be no options like it under Tools > Options > LibreOffice Draw.
Even saving a blank drawing as ODF Drwaing Template (.otg), and then opening that template file preserves only the Page orientation (Landscape) -- but none of the other settings.
Thank you in advance for your help.
Hi Anonymous,
If installing the latest release doesn't seem to fix this problem, please file a bug and provide a list of steps that can reproduce your problem. I would assume that saving a particular template should let you set these defaults as you describe. The QA team will be happy to help you track down this issue!
Please post a link to any bugs you file in a comment below using the format "fdo#123456".
Thanks!
@Anonymous - Saving a modified file as a template keeps the formats. I did this several times. Thus, what exactly did you do when saving a file with your required format as a template.?
