Do you mean the "undo" button? This is the round arrow pointing to the right, some where in the middle, top icons or in Menu -> Bearbeiten, 1.entry in list (rückgängig).
If you do not know how to find button in German version of office, it may be easier to change program language in options. Tools - Options - Language settings - Languages - User interface - change from German to, for example, English.
