Please, if I have an example:

aa bb baa

and want to (find) isolate and change just bbb, how can I do this, without bbb in aabbbaa, aabbb and bbbaa being involved(found)? Where to search about this? What would be the key words? Many thanks!

In Writer - "Find and replace" (Ctrl+H) - "Search for:" "bbb" (without quotes) and chech "Whole words only". In Calc - "Find and replace" (Ctrl+H) - "Search for:" "bbb" (without quotes) and chech "Entire cells". In that case only bbb would be found without bbb in aabbbaa, aabbb and bbbaa.

On German user interface – as mentioned → there – try Ctrl+Alt+F (or menu `"Bearbeiten → Suchen & Ersetzen..." for "Find and replace".
