I want to get some test maker software. Where can I get it? Which is the best website to do it? Please share your information with me.

Although I too don't understand why this question is placed at a LibO forum, I can recommend to have a look at LimeSurvey. LimeSurvey is an open source project similar to LibO. I am actually using LimeSurvey for my on-line surveys. http://www.limesurvey.org/

I agree. I tried LimeSurvey some months ago and I found it very easy to use.

It is indeed easy to use. I was surprised myself. Even multi-language support (I use English and Japanese) is well functioning.
