See title and bug report:
To piggyback on what @MagicFab wrote almost a year ago, the upstream page about the RESTful API was last updated in July of 2011, which looks pretty discouraging.
For the foreseeable future the answer is probably "No, there's no AskBot API for the Ask.LO site." Sorry about that.
Upstream is still working on a RESTful API for askbot, so yet there is none available. AFAIK the API will be very similar or even compatible to the stackexchange API.
