Save as - wrong destination

When you click Save As appears incorrect destination folder. This occurs in the presence of Russian characters in the path of an open file.

If the path to the file is made up of Latin characters - everything works correctly.

My config:
LO: 3.4.2, 3.6.0.4 and 3.6.4
System: Windows 7 Pro x32

P.S. In Windows XP “Save As” working correctly.

What type of Open/Save dialogs do you use? (Tools - Options - LibreOffice - General - Use LibreOffice dialogs)

@VNazimko: You say saving as works in your windows version, but how about other applications installed on top of windows like LibO?

I am observing sometimes problems (outside LibO) when I received file names with German umlauts.
