Offline help in a web browser now?

Hi,
I’ve just installed the 6.3.3 version of LibreOffice (after sudo apt-get purge libreoffice? libobasis?) and I’m experiencing “problems” with the help again:

As I’ve wanted to use the offline help, I’ve installed both *lang* packages: LibreOffice_6.3.3_Linux_x86-64_deb_langpack_en-GB.tar.gz and LibreOffice_6.3.3_Linux_x86-64_deb_helppack_en-GB.tar.gz, I’ve set up the language then (see the attachment|attachment).

And when tried to invoke a help:
When I press the <F1> key (or via Help / LibreOffice Help a web page is opening within my current web browser. The link starts as follows: file:///opt/libreoffice6.3/help/index.html?....

Locales info:
