There is probably a huge misunderstanding on your part about this site.
This is not a 24/7 help desk attended by paid technicians on behalf of some commercial organisation. It is a community Question & Answers site where benevolent unpaid enthusiastic users try to help other users.
We share tricks and workarounds in the spirit of Free and Open Source Software (FOSS, please don’t pronounce it “fuss”).
These emphatic helpers come here when they have time to donate to the community, taken from their leisure, family profession and sometimes sleep. You can feel frustrated from not getting answers immediately, but you are not entitled to request personal assistance as soon as you stumble on any difficulty.
Do you deserve help? That is, have you tried other tracks by yourself, which is the best way to learn a new application (if I understand right, you switch from M$ Office). The induced workflow is not the same: Office and LibreOffice are not drop-in replacements for each other. The differences are often intentional to bring new features or correct what seemed to be the “wrong way” of doing things.
Consequently, you must accept the differences and learn how to take benefit from them.
To start with, have you downloaded and read the various guides?
Don’t arouse those who are inclined to help. Show your gratitude instead: to developers who implemented this suite (even if it is not exactly what you expect and even if there are still bugs in it), to documenters who strive their best to provide tutorials and guides and, finally, to the volunteers here.
In case, you didn’t notice, this is a week-end. People spend it usually enjoying their families.
