i cant find the euro sybol

Usually it is to find as shortcut AltGr + E. If not (special layout of keyboard or other language) try (menu) Insert > Special Character…

Be aware that the font must contain this character. Some older probably don’t…

You can enter the Unicode value, which since some versions works in LibreOffice Writer and Calc, enter 20ac followed by the key combination Alt+X

Also, if you have a capable operating system, it’s the key sequence Compose e =

This is an operating system setting not LibreOffice.
The euro (€) is not part of the extended keyboard and usually invoked using the AltGR (right hand side Alt key) + a
user selected key. This is normally 2, 4, 5 or e.

The default can be set using the Linux Keyboard command, with the ADDING CURRENCY SIGNS TO CERTAIN KEYS options. Windows has a similar facility.
On my system German and Swiss keyboards defaults to AltGr + E, US international to AltGr + 5, English and Ireland International AltGr + 4. Other countries usually use one of these four settings.

The operating system help should guide you to the defaults.
