i did the security workaround - does it matter that the example shows Libre office app and i show dmg.crdownload?
I think the “crdownload” means the download was not yet finished (or accepted). If the download is successful, you should get a .dmg file (Disk Image File). Double-clicking it should produce a Disk Image on your desktop. Inside it probably are install “instructions”: eg, drag the app to you apps folder.
