I want offline help because I often write while not near Wi-Fi. I downloaded and installed the offline help package, but still, when I click Help I get online version. What do I need to do? I’m using LO 5.4.0.2 on Win 10.
I had LIbre Office 5 files in c:\program files (86) and in c:\program files (old program in 86). The offline help files were not installing in the newer folder (despite my resetting the installation program to the new path), so I manually moved the help file folder from the old to the new one and deleted the old installation.
Problem solved.
