There is a conditional formatting for cell B2 that overlays the attributes of a cell style assigned under the current condition.

In case of the styles derived from 'Accent' the vertical algnment is 'Bottom'. In case of the styles derived from 'Status' it is 'Default'. Both these settings result in bottom alignment eventually for that sheet.
