I asked how to mass paste in xlsx without messing it up. I never used office apps before but I figured it out.

copy paste everything into a new document "delete contents" formatting, etc. edit without format crap in the way copy paste text and numbers into original document

Some things I didn't figure out;

count every 20 rows from 100 to 120 select every 20 rows and change row height make the cell boarders less thick after saving So I just did it manually.

I know I don't need advice anymore I just wanted to tell everyone.
