If you are talking of the .~lockFileName.Ext files: They don't contain your documents. Everyone has 1 KiB. They are created to protect files against being opened a second time. They are killed again as soon as the working files are closed correctly. If LibO or the OS crashes this will not be done. You need to delete these files manually then.
