That was exactly what happened to me. I had just set up a dual boot with Linux next to Windows 10. On shutting-down Win 10 for the first time after installing Linux, Windows went into hybrid-sleep state and my second disk partition was locked, so I couldn't write on it from Linux. The error message was this:

Object cannot be accessed, insufficient user rights

It's not actually a LibreOffice problem, more a conflict stemming from Windows. If you have the same problem, do this:

  1. Toggle off "fast boot" in Windows Power settings/Choose what the Power button does
  2. Make sure to "Restart" and not "Shut down" from Windows. Restarting will completely shut down the kernel so the files on your harddrive are unlocked.
