Hello,

to create a new cell style do the following

  • Open a Calc spreadsheet
  • Go to View -> Sidebar (or use STRG+F5)
  • Click on the icon image description on the rightmost icon bar
  • Click on the styles icon image descriptionon top bar
  • On Default Right Click -> New
  • Provide a Name (e.g. MyFirstStyle) for the style and make all your settings
  • Click button OK

Note: Another shortcut to the styles dialog is via Styles -> Manage Styles (or F11, if not overriden by an OS shortcut)
