Usually, you don't need to link a paragraph style to a list style.
Create a shortcut key for your defined list style:
Menu Tools → Customize → Keyboard tab →
Category: Styles → Numbering
Function: List x
Select a shortcut key
Modify → OK.

shortcut_liststyle

Type text with your paragraph style "Text body 2",
Switch to the list style with the shortcut key.

Another possibility:
Create a paragraph style "Text body 2n", based on your paragraph style "Text body 2" (context: New...).
Embed your list style in this paragraph style via
"Outline & Numbering" tab → "Numbering Style" → select your list style:
