I don't think so, but you might be able to achieve a similar effect by animating elements on a single slide to give the illusion of multiple slides.

Or, you could setup the video to be run by an external program such that the video window is 'always on top' above the presentation; the method by which you'd do this would be quite platform-dependent (disclaimer: I haven't tried this latter method so it might not work).
