Using Writer 5.4.2 one can select PDF - Portable Document Format (Writer) in the file-type dropdown. But any attempt I make to open a PDF results in a dialog box with the message Read Error. Error reading file (each sentence on its own line).
Is PDF a supported input format? Is it planned to be?
- PDF files can be imported to Draw only.
- Your file may be password-protected.
Ok, this is not Draw, so no import (except as jpg &c.)
