It’s been already an year and still the same problem. After I write and add 3 pictures, start to don’t accept any more pictures, then when I try to save, it keeps on saving for about an hour while the program get’s stuck, and of course, nothing is saved, what was saved before, stay, but the pictures become blank, even if before they were working.
Using LO v5.3.4.2 on Mint 18.2, had no problem adding text and eight different images (pictures) in a document - adding saving & deleting as progressing. Only slight delays as more pictures were added. You say nothing of your OS or the different versions (must be more than one in a year) you have tried.
