I completed the conversion to a split DB, following the instructions for fixing the AutoValue in appropriate tables. After several attempts, and reviewing the procedure document several times, I can’t get it to work. When changing it from Yes to No, then back to Yes, it appears as shown on the instructions, but after saving the new table then opening it in edit, it shows as AutoValue No, which then can’t be changed. Any suggestions of what I might be doing wrong?

Okay, it seems to be working. After doing the yes to no to yes step, I selected a different field, then back to the autovalue field, then saving it, the autovalue yes remained. Sorry for the false alarm.
