I can load an Access database in Base and work with it. Can I then save or export an updated database back into Access format so that the originator can use it in his Access 2000?
Access2Base is for macros. Tag removed.
When you connect to an Access DB using Base you are working with the .mdb file (the Access DB). Therefore there is nothing to export. The .mdb should have the current data.

When you “Load” an Access database you are just linking to the Access Tables. Any changes you make to the Tables are therefore changing the Tables in the Access database file. If that database is then opened in Access the changes made in Base will be seen.
