I’d like to set a different default font choice than liberation in Writer. I do the usual by going to: tools>options>LO Writer>Basic fonts (Western), setting everything to my font choice and hitting “okay”. Afterwards, however, that font choice appears only to apply to new documents created through the particular document I used to make the above-described font choice. If I create a new LO Writer document from within another LO Writer document for which I haven’t made the font change, then I still get Liberation. So my question is, how do I make one single UNIVERSAL font change for ALL future, newly created LO Writer documents?
Set a new page template (myTemplate.ott) with altered font choices and then manage the template (File menu) the way that it becomes default.
