Default Setting for image drag and drop

I drag and drop images from a folder into my writer file. Then I do the following on the image.

Right Click and Anchor it “As Character”, Then resize image height to 100% of the Paragraph size.

I have to do this manually for each image. Is there a way to have the Settings as default. That when I drag and drop the image these are set by default.
