I used this site yesterday 9/21/2017 to download LibreOffice, that's when the trouble began. I am unable to open LibreOffice, get error msg: (The app. was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b). Click OK to close the app.) I have uninstalled LibreOffice 5.4.1.2 and am uncertain about the download site (utexas.edu).

I uninstalled libreOffice 5.4.1.2 and downloaded 5.3.6 from a different mirror site. Everything is working smooth now. No more issues.

Did you get to it via the LibreOffice download page? If not, try using that page to download.

I'm new to this site/program, still getting used using forums like this. So, pardon if I post wrong area, etc. I uninstalled libreOffice 5.4.1.2 and downloaded 5.3.6 from a different mirror site. Everything is working smooth now. No more issues. I left this same answer in my original question. Then I saw "answer your own question".
