Have Canadian Multilingual setup in Linux but thesaurus does not work.
Hence, do believe it is related to not having proper language pack but which one to install since there isn’t a Canadian Multilingual language to install?
Not many languages have thesaurus. See this, seams that Canadian has thesaurus. Did you installed this extension.
Sometimes the thesaurus is provided standalone.
