Form Scrambled

Hello all,
Every time I open Libre Base and go to my simple 1 table contact management form it is messed up. By this I mean fields are all over the screen where they should not be.
I have to edit the form and click between print and web layout several times until it finally corrects itself. I then save and can use my form properly until the next time I restart Libre. My form is only one page and it’s a small database (200 records)
Any Ideas?
