When using Paste Special, is there a way to save the settings that were used, so I can use those settings every time LibreOffice Calc is opened? I don’t want to have to set them everytime. I start the software.

I’m not sure that there’s currently a way to save the paste-special settings. If you don’t get an answer from this site in the next week or so, please file an enhancement bug and provide as much information about this new feature as possible. Don’t forget to mark your bug as an ‘enhancement’. The QA team will be happy to help you triage your feature request in the bugtracker.
