Pinning Issue with 4.0.0.3

Running Win 7 64 bit.

The previous version of LibreOffice allowed me to pin my spreadsheets to the Calc task bar icon. I can no longer do this. I have completely uninstalled 4.0.0.3 and re-installed it and it still will not let me pin Calc documents to it’s taskbar icon. But I can pin Writer documents to it’s icon.

Also, the taskbar Icon for the Libreoffice Calc (and Writer) shows this when you right click on them -

LibreOffice Calc (2)
LibreOffice Writer (2)

What is the (2)? That was not there on the previous version, and it still appears when I re-installed 4.0.0.3, even after cleaning the registry with CCleaner before re-installing.

OK I’ll file a bug report today.

Wait - I have to open yet another account to file a bug? This is just overly complicated.

@xrunner – For now, Ask.libreoffice.org requires an OpenID account and our bugtracker (bugs.freedesktop.org) requires a native account. There’s a plan to add OpenID support to the bugtracker, but I’m not sure how soon the plan will be implemented.

Apologies.

Hi @xrunner,

If you’ve experienced loss of functionality when you upgraded to 4.0.0.3, then that sounds like a regression. Please file a bug and provide a list of steps that can reproduce your problem. The QA team will be happy to help you track down this issue!

Please post a link to any bugs you file in a comment below using the format “fdo#123456”.

Thanks!

@xrunner - no the loggin is the same as for AskLibO File a bug report either using @qubit1’s proposal or https://www.libreoffice.org/get-help/bug/

@ROSt53, I believe that the two systems aren’t integrated yet (via SSO, etc…)
