I do not have a legal size option to select from drop down box in advanced options.
Here is the problem. I have the format set to legal but when I go to print it only prints a letter size. So, I went to printer setup and selected properties, then clicked on advanced, it takes me to HP Officejet 4630 Series Class Driver Advanced Document Settings and there I do not get a legal size option in the drop down box.
I had to uninstall and reinstall the driver and that fixed my problem
The paper size is a setting in the page style. Go ‘Format’ > ‘Page’ > ‘Page’ > ‘Paper Format’.
Why should such a setting be supposed “advanced”? What drop down?
