The latest version of the helper pack will not install on my Windows 10 laptop. I get a message that it is an unknown file type. This has never happened in the past. The install file extension is .msi.torrent. I have never run into this. Previous versions have been .msi. Did I download the wrong version of the file and if so, where do I find the correct version?

The file you downloaded is for use in a BitTorrent program which then downloads the actual .msi from other sources. You can go back to the original download page and instead click Help for offline use:... and not Torrent but make sure you have the correct language & version as the installed LO on your system.
