Like the title says, this is a question for LibreOffice OSX Mtn Lion. I can’t figure out how to add a font (http://www.fontsquirrel.com/fonts/exo). Does anyone know how to do this?

LibreOffice should be able to use any fonts installed on your system. Take a look at this Font Book howto to manage your fonts on OSX.
After updating your system fonts, try (re)starting LibreOffice and see if the font shows up!
