LibreOffice 5.4 fatal error

In trying to access my personal document files, I get this message with no recovery option:

LibreOffice 5.4 - Fatal error
The program cannot be started
The service manager is not available
(“file:///C:/program%20files/libreoffice%205/program/types.rdb:no such fie”)
Start setup applications to repair the installation from CD, or the folder containing installation packages.

I long ago lost my installation CD and can’t find the folder, if it exists.

Have you solved this issue? I just downloaded 5.4 and now all my docs won’t open.

Went to the Control Panel and choose Uninstall a Program. Right click on the LibreOffice and choose Repair. This worked for me.
