That about says it.
I can copy a sheet to a new document or the same document but if I try and copy to an existing document it crashes and closes.
Thank goodness for the recovery function.
I thought it might be because the original document (being copied to) was in xls format but i converted to ods and same problem.
The original opens with a macros warning (even thought i have tried to delete all of them) and security has macros disabled…if this would have any effect.
Any clues?
I have s.thing similar. Ubuntu 12.04, LO Version 4.0.0.3. An initially MS excell generated file was saved as .ods, than manipulated : created some graphs. I wished to copy paste these graphs into an LO writer document … At Ctrl-C of the graph, the LO crashes. This was reproducable many times. No sollution found …yet.
It sounds like you’re already using our latest LO release, so if you are experiencing a crash, please file a bug and provide a list of steps that can reproduce your problem. Please attach any relevant source files to the bug report.
