I installed 5.4.2.2 on a reinstall Windows 7 PC. I installed it as an administrator, the icons on the start menu or correct. I then logged out and logged in with a standard local (non-admin) account. The icons for Office, Calc, and Impress are a generic (non-descriptive) icon. The writer and the base icons are OK.
