How do I print Avery 8160 labels

When I go to print labels Avery 8160 is not listed. When I attempt to enter the various data I can not get a label height more than .75"

How can I print Avery 5160 mailing lables?
How do I get avery 8160 labels printed properly in Ubuntu with Libreoffice?
