Have problems with LO 5.1 therefore followed instructions to download update. After download said “successful” I restarted computer. No visible icon for 5.3.4 and no change to old LO program. Followed instructions to open LO to Tools to Options - page to register but no way to register for automatic or manual updates. What’s up??
After downloading an update you have to run the downloaded update. It does not automatically install the new version.
