How can i process the torrent-file from last update

I just downloaded the update 5.4.5. It came as a torrent-file. The system has no program to work with that? What can i do now?

I didn’t opt this. There were no other possibilities. Now i downloaded a help-file, but it doesn’t open and i do not know how to open it.
