how to automatic load on start-up

I've been using LO for several years, through quite a number of iterations, and I've never been able to get it to load automatically on start-up. I always check all the requisite boxes both when installing a new version and otherwise but they never, ever work. Does anyone have a foolproof script for setting things up so that LO always loads by itself every boot or reboot? I'm running LO 6.0 on a Windows 10 desktop PC.

Thanks in advance for your help!

Hier beschrieben:
Die Desktopverknüpfung zum Starten von LibO dort hineinkopieren, schon startet es ab dem nächsten Hochfahren von Win automatisch.

Startup Folder

LibreOffice 6.0 is ALREADY in the startup folder. LO just doesn't start up when it's supposed to. That's the problem.

Thanks in advance for your help.
